1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In their original packaging with all tags attached

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

3. How to Initiate a Return

3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).

For orders outside Turkey:
