Please note, all shipment and custom charges incurred in the returns sent from abroad belong to the customer. These charges will be deducted from the refund amount if the shipment and customs charges are paid by our side.
Tips for returning your item:
- Please mark your package as "Return Product." This helps make things easier with customs and avoids any extra charges.
- To make sure your return goes smoothly, send the item back just as you received it - in its original condition, with everything it came with, and do it within 14 days.

You can return your items as long as the following conditions are respected:
- Garments must be in perfect condition and accompanied by their corresponding receipt. We will not accept the return of garments that have been used, washed or have no inside label.
- Items cannot be returned without the complete original packaging and/or seal.
- Swimwear cannot be returned without their original hygiene sticker and/or seal.
- Products in packs are indivisible and cannot be returned partially or individually.
- We do not accept returns of products altered at the customer's request or items purchased in another market.
Please remember:
- Once shipped, please inform our team so that we can cordinate delivery and then move forward to the refund. Refund will only be made once products have been received.
- All items must be unworn (with the exception of trying on), unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. If we can't resell it, unfortunately, we can't take it back.
- If the item you're returning is faulty, we'll cover the shipping costs. Please use our partnered carriers for this. If it's not faulty, you'll need to cover the shipping.
After the return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email and the amount will be refunded to you using the same payment method that you used to complete your purchase and within a period of 15 business days (Duration might differ based on the banks used
If Your Item is Damaged:
- We're more than happy to send out a replacement for any damaged items, and sometimes, we might even offer a little extra for the trouble. We're committed to making things right. If you don't want a replacement, let's chat about other options.
- Important: Include a photo of the damaged item and its packaging in your return request. This helps us sort everything out faster.
