1. Return Eligibility
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order if they meet the following conditions:

Ship the item(s) back within 7 days of receiving return instructions
3. Return Shipping Costs

Domestic Returns: Return shipping are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect

International Returns: Return shipping and any customs duties are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was faulty or incorrect
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved:

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider

5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you'd like a different item, please return your original item and place a new order.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at support@manukaglobal.co within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
7. Non-Returnable Items
