Return Policy
At MANUKA, we strive to ensure you love your purchase. However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made the return process simple and hassle-free.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unused, and unwashed
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Free of makeup, perfume, or any stains
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Socks, swimwear, and lingerie (unless defective)
- Final sale items
- Personalized or customized products
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, follow these steps:
- Submit a Return Request
- We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
- Ship the item back using a trackable courier service (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.
4. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping fees and customs duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- If the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
6. International Returns
For orders outside Turkey:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
- Be sure to mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
