    1. Refund Eligibility

    Refunds are issued for:

    • Approved returns received in original condition

    • Orders cancelled before dispatch

    • Items reported as faulty or incorrect within the specified timeframes

    To qualify, items must be:

    • Unused and unworn

    • In original packaging, with all tags attached

    • Returned within 14 days of delivery


    2. Refund Method

    • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment

    • We do not offer refunds to alternative accounts or payment methods


    3. Refund Timeline

    Once your return is received and inspected:

    • You will receive an email confirmation

    • If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

    • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


    4. Shipping & Fees

    • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or the wrong product was sent

    • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility, unless otherwise stated


    5. Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If you received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

    • Notify us within 3 days of delivery at support@manukaglobal.co

    • Approved claims will be fully refunded or replaced at no cost to you


    6. Non-Refundable Items

    No refunds are issued for:

    • Final sale or marked non-refundable items

    • Earrings or other hygienic items

    • Personalized or custom-made products
