1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:

• Unworn, unused, and unwashed
• In their original packaging with all tags attached
• Free of makeup, perfume, or any stains

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Socks, swimwear, and lingerie (unless defective)
• Final sale items
• Personalized or customized products

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, follow these steps:

1. Submit a Return Request 
2. We will review your request and provide return instructions if eligible.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable courier service (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer).
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.
• Shipping fees and customs duties (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• If the return is due to a defect or an incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

6. International Returns

For orders outside Turkey:

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
• Be sure to mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
